The most passionate „supreme discipline“ for every product and brand manager is building and establishing a brand. It is a long term, careful and intensive procedure in order to reach substancial awareness and appearance in the public/the target group. To drive a name into a desirable brand from zero to hero takes time, perfectly selected products, a carefully created PR and Corporate Identity and a clear brand message.

I was also consulting existing brands without roots in the watch industry in order to extend their range of products (for instance for corporate use and/or merchandising) and guide their way in this new (ad)venture. Sometimes it also turned into a license deal.
